KDVC typically offers 1-2 clinics in late September/ early October depending on candidate interest, clinician availability and the availability of an appropriate tournament to use for the In-Person Practical evaluations.  We require a minimum of 10 candidates to conduct a clinic.  Once we have our minimum number of interested candidates we will attempt to offer a clinic here in Kingston.  Please note that there are many factors that affect our ability to offer a clinic, and that this is not always possible if the minimum is reached after December 31 annually.

 

To ensure a clinic is offered in a timely manner, join our Candidate Wait list. 

By signing up on our Wait List, you will receive a pre-Registration link via email once the next clinic has been finalized to help ensure the spot goes to our local candidates first. However, once the pre-Registration deadline expires, the Clinic link is posted publicly to the OVA website and registration becomes "first-come, first-served", so you will need to make sure to register before the KDVC pre-registration deadline to guarantee your place.  

 

Registration for a clinic will usually close once the maximum number of participants is reached OR 5 days before the In-Person Theory, whichever comes first - so don't delay! This is to ensure that both the Online Theory (4.0 Hrs) and Online Exam (1.0 Hr) pre-requisites are successfully completed and recorded before you can attend the In-Person Sessions.
